RETURN & REFUND POLICY
SHRI PRABHUDHAM – Return, Replacement, Cancellation & Refund Policy :-
1. Returns
Due to the religious and fragile nature of murtis, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered or picked up.
2. Replacements
We only replace items if they are received damaged or defective.
To request a replacement:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the murti.
- Share clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Send proof to our official contact via WhatsApp or email (details below).
- Replacement will be processed subject to availability.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted due to our preparation and packing processes.
For customized or pre-ordered murtis, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
- You cancelled your order within the allowed window.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
